International Studies in Philosophy occasionally publishes monographic studies concerned with questions that cannot be addressed from the standpoint of a single discipline. The series is open to studies in history, theory, and practice that promise to stretch the boundaries of philosophy and transform the discipline: post-critical continental philosophy; feminist philosophy; gay, lesbian, and queer studies; multicultural studies, postcolonial theory, and critical race theory; critical social theory; and cultural critique, including aesthetic, representational, and ecological practices.
