The twenty-second world congress of philosophy was held in Korea at Seoul National University in 2008. The event was sponsored by the Korean Philosophical Association and the theme of the conference was "Rethinking Philosophy Today." This DVD - produced by the Korean Philosophical Association - contains 1,235 contributed papers in all of the official languages of the congress. This includes 929 papers in English, 107 in Russian, 76 in Chinese, 39 in Spanish, 38 in Korean. 27 in French, and 19 in German. They are organized in 54 thematic sections, as originally presented at the congress. The Korean Philosophical Association chose the E-Book format to provide easy access for the largest number of potential readers. This was the first time that every contributed paper to a world congress had been published. A selection of the papers from the plenary sessions, symposia, and endowed lectures, not included on this DVD, has been published as a special supplement to the Journal of Philosophical Research.
