Environmental Challenges to Business
The Ruffin Series of the Society for Business Ethics, Volume 2
Joel Reichart and Patricia Werhane, Editors
The 1997 Ruffin Lectures in Business Ethics at the Darden School at the University of Virginia focussed specifically on environmental challenges to business, and the essays in this volume are the principle outcome of those lectures. The source of the keynote addresses given by Carolyn Merchant, Paul Shrivastava, Mark Sagoff, William McDonough, R. Edward Freeman, and Kristen Shrader-Frechette are included, as well as a number of response articles and thought pieces that developed from, or were inspired by, the keynote speakers.
