The Chesterton Review
The Journal of the G. K. Chesterton Institute for Faith & Culture
Ian Boyd, C.S.B., Editor
The Chesterton Review is devoted to exploring the life, work, and ideas of G. K. Chesterton, the prolific English writer and religious thinker. Established in 1974, this journal has been widely praised for both its scholarship and the quality of its writing. It publishes two double issues per year, with special issues sometimes dedicated to particular topics. Past issues have explored the work of writers like C.S. Lewis, Christopher Dawson, Charles Dickens, and George Grant, who share something of the Chestertonian romance with “orthodoxy.” Elegantly produced, The Chesterton Review is the journal of the G.K. Chesterton Institute for Faith & Culture.
"In every issue of The Chesterton Review there is something to surprise and delight." -- Garry Wills, Northwestern University
"Serious and lively, scholarly and popular, ecumenical and artisan, The Chesterton Review is a rebuke of those who suppose that serious writing cannot be fun to read, or that an orthodox viewpoint must be a narrow one." -- Robert P. George, Princeton University
