Inquiry: Critical Thinking Across the Disciplines
Frank Fair, Managing Editor
Inquiry was established in 1988 by the Institute for Critical Thinking at Montclair State University as a forum for multi-disciplinary discussion of issues related to critical thinking. Its focus is on the theory and practice of critical thinking in post-secondary educational contexts, and it seeks to make available educational vehicles that support student development of critical thinking skills. The journal publishes articles, responses, notices, letters, reviews, and book reviews, as well as theoretical papers on critical thinking from fields such as philosophy, psychology, and communications. Publication resumed in 2010 with the assistance of Sam Houston State University.
